JT was excellent salesman very knowledgeable and professional. Will do business with him again that’s what I originally wrote. But than I get my bill there were 6 $35 charges 3 for activation fees which he told us there would be none today he says he never said that. The other 3 charges were for one time charge upgrade fee. Which was not disclosed to us. It seems to me AT&T don’t care what tactics they use as long as the fill their pockets I am disgusted. The salesman tells me I will have to call and take care of these charges over the phone I called 6 times today just to get disconnected every time. Guaranteed if I had it to do over again I would go back to US cellular the 20 years I was with them was never mislead or felt like I was being taken advantage of

I have been on AT anT pre paid.unlimited plan for almost.2 years and for the last 8 months in a row.I can not pay my bill .I have even gotten a new debit card thinking Might be the problem. I have talked to several customer service reps and been told they have fixed the problem to find out the next month nothing was fixed now I have to get reloadable cards to pay My bill .The at and t card is fine except it doesn't work nonline and it costs $80 .I called this store the same store I bought it from them they set up my phone and they said the can't help they have no way to put minutes on phone the activated the phone with the same card when I first tarted service from at and t.There only resolution was to buy another plan after already spending $80 on the reloadable and kinda weird that they started my service put the minutes on it all with a reloadable at and t card ,the only thing they can is sell me another serv ice make a payment 66binpay abother $70 .8 months this has been going on way to long and nobody can do.anything at and.t. sucks

Last month I switched to AT&T and traded in an old device at this location. Today while checking my bill I noticed that they had added a $17 per month insurance charge to my new device, which I DID NOT ask for or agree to.
I was able to cancel future charges for this "add-on" from the MyAT&T app, but it's still extremely disappointing to see that this location engages in this sort of "business practice". If you do need to visit this store, please be sure to check your next couple of bills to make sure you don't get stuck with any similar unauthorized charges.

I went there to get back my service because they made a mistake and they couldn't help me because of another mistake and I still without service

I want to thanks Dayton for be so patience and put all the effort to solve my problem, but I want also to emphasize that I went a month ago to change my area code since was a requirement to avoid all this confusion, then from there my nightmare began leaving me recently without service for 4 days, today after 2 hours and all the effort Dayton did finally I got the service back. At&t need to work with tech support to give the clients better service, they look that don't know how to solve their's own issues

I just called to ask if my new ordered iPhone is delivered and if I can go in to set it up. A lady picked up and said in the most arrogant tone “I don’t know, I’m kinda busy” ???? Hello??? Then why do you pick up???? Can you PLEASE use one minute to check for me???? :) never experienced anything like that. Other staffs there are nice tho

Literally hustle you, shop somewhere else for phones. They told me I would get 800$ for my iPhone then told me to bring it back the next day, well suddenly the next day the promotion was over and I got 129$ back for my iphone trade in. And also paying 200+$ for 2 phones with a discount on there. Just go somewhere else

Dayten was very patient and helpful during our visit! He put screen protectors on our phones, and when we noticed bubbles he fixed them for us, even putting a new one on for my sister when it couldn’t be fixed otherwise. Great experience!

Cory at this store is a life saver! My iPhone was stolen in Brazil. After buying a new iPhone, I tried calling AT&T customer support to get my number transferred to my new phone via e-sim. They couldn’t figure it out, so I had my brother in law go to this store to see if they could do it. Cory was knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quickly after verifying all of my information. I needed my old number back right away so I could get back into my accounts that required SMS 2 Step verification. Without his help, I would have been stuck in Brazil another 2 weeks without access to my online accounts, including the much needed Uber.

Cory at AT&T on 24th Ave went above and beyond helping out with a problem involving a traveling relative and a stolen phone. Dude was prompt and professional and saved the day on a Sunday afternoon in about 10 min. I was expecting an ordeal and he made it easy.
