I really liked this one bike but needed a different size.. they went out of their way to make sure it got to me and I got a good deal because it had been stored and had some dirt and maybe one scratch. Thank you!

Very honest bicycle consultation and nice people... Set me up with Fuji absolute 3.0 2012 (bought in 2013) for a great price to match my budget and this bike has been amazing! I was skeptical because it was not so expensive, but they were right, and I am very satisfied. It has been very easy to maintain and still rides like new-- well balanced, snappy shifts, and fast! Its a daily commuter with several thousand miles on it, with only changing tires, brake pads and grips... Need a bike suggestion or honest repairs? Go here!

Eric Is always fast with any fixes I need...Also very reasonable. The clerk is just there to receive the work orders...So don't expect her to be much help.

I got a good price on a good bike! The people working are very honest and reasonable. They won't try and upsell you, they simply tell you how it is. Bicycle plus has been very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend them over shopping online or the place around the corner. It's refreshing to come into a business that respects me and my money.

I walked in today looking for a mid level hybrid bike. The store was empty and the one sales clerk was in the back of the store playing on a computer. She looked up and said hello and then went back to the computer, ignoring us the rest of time we were in the shop looking around. The indifference of the sales clerk cost this shop a $600+ potential sale. On the upside, we discovered Skunk River Cycles a block or two away, where they have excellent customer service and my business.

I'm giving this shop one star b/c they had the padded bike shorts I was shopping for, but I was not greeted-not even acknowledged- when I walked into the store. I asked the employee if she biked and she said "no". Obviously they don't care enough about their business to hire someone who at least has some knowledge as to what they are selling.

Great service and personal attention by the owner. Small problem with a purchased bike bag resolved with great customer service. Knowledgeable and fair pricing.

In 1 week 1 bought a bike here and then got another bike repaired. Both were very reasonably priced. $30 to replace brake and shifter lines and shifters as well as a tune up. Way more friendly than the place I went to around the corner.

The guy that helped us with our questions was great. They didn't have the pads that we were looking for but suggested a business to try and answered a couple questions for us.
