This place really needs a GM or someone who actually cares. Got chicken tenders and I personally ate 2 tenders. Then I get home and cut one open for my daughter(4 years old) and it’s RAW in the middle. REALLY CAESYS. I really hope my daughter don’t get sick from this. This is absolutely not okay!

kid working the counter closed up ten minutes early tonight (10/29), third time that has happened this fall. he locked the door and refused to open up, despite multiple customers waiting outside.
management should really clarify to these kids that closing time isn’t when they feel like it, but what’s posted. Casey’s is just losing out on money and pissing people off hiring these kids.

I honestly don’t think this store should even get a one star I went here at 7:56pm to get my family pizza for dinner and was completely disrespected by both employees that was working here not only was the disrespect uncalled for but my pizzas was not properly made and now everyone in my home is sick I will never go to this store and I advise everyone else to stay clear from this store it’s not worth it there is better Casey’s in Ames

I sincerely hope someone with some authority at this location takes control before it’s too late. I love Casey’s and this location is great for me but I don’t see myself continuing to use this store if something isn’t done. There are certain employees who are destroying your business. Rude, foul language and a Clear desire to do as little as possible. I gave a 3 on food because I am told I can no longer order taco pizza at this location and because your donuts seem to be mostly empty no matter what time I am there. I am so disappointed in what it has become.

The cashier was very kind and patient for two older women who were having trouble paying. He even held the door for them as they left.
