I have a very ghetto experience here. People are stealing stuff out of the front of the store and no employee was in sight. There were like ten people at the pharmacy and one person working back there. I did not want to be associated with that place and I left as soon as I could.

We scheduled a visit to receive our flu shots there, and it was an easy, fast process. A single pharmacist was running the pharmacy on her own, and she deserves a medal for everything she was managing single-handedly.

In my experience, it appears the pharmacy is often understaffed and unable to adequately handle processing my prescriptions in a timely manner. Most of the time when I go there it appears there is only one person working and there are sometimes a line of people waiting to be served. Just today I was told by the pharmacist that he would not be able to fill a critical pain medication in the 3 hours left before closing because among other things "he had to run the register too". I would like to hear why store management finds this level of service acceptable.

Well it's a CVS like all others, however everytime I go, the listed discounts on the shelves were never applied at checkout and so I ended up paying 50-100% more each time. If you can, I would suggest going someplace else.

I'm not sure I can be a fan of a national chain pharmacy (aka 4 Stars on Yelp). I'm also not thrilled to see a CVS smack dab in middle of campus town. However, I'm sure that CVS keeps the student and staff population well prescribed and toiletried. Actually, maybe a should up the rating as they carry the Sunday New York Times! Starbucks stopped selling papers and I've come up empty at both big Hyvees in recent times, so seeing "All the News that's Fit to Print" smiling at me here was a real bonus. I've come in for other stuff too, mainly related to pain relief, allergy, shaving, dental, etc. You know, the usual that one would expect at CVS, Walgreen's, Rite Aid, etc. There also a nice small parking lot on the Welch Avenue side if you don't want to fight it on the street on Lincoln Way.

The store is clean and the selection of products is actually pretty good. However, continually myself and my co-workers will accidentally buy products that they are selling which are past their expiration date. Otherwise it's a pretty decent store.

Things are much more expensive than at Target or Walmart. Your receipt will be taller than you.

The employees at CVS on Lincoln Way went above and beyond to help my friend and I change our tire last week. Becky and Mitch in particular were amazing in staying with us (after their work shift) in helping us get our tire off. I have never experienced such incredible customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile speaks volumes about the quality of individuals CVS hires. I highly recommend this CVS to anyone as their employees embody the company's mission statement in "we strive to improve the quality of human life." Thank you again!
