Don and Matt(and the other staff) made us feel very welcome in this bank. Helped us buy our 1st home. Made everything go very well, plus we we're living in Colorado at the time. Every time we go into the bank Don greets us with a smile.

I went to this bank to exchange some large bills for some smaller bills and they told me they couldn't perform this service for me because i was not a client of this bank. I have done this at 3 other banks i didn't have accounts with. I guess my money was not welcome at this bank.

If I could rate lower, I would. Horrible "customer service" shown from this company. I asked for a deposit receipt and the woman told me, oh-so-condescendingly, that I had a copy of the deposit in the deposit book I wrote it out of. After explaining to her what the difference was between what she thought I meant and what I actually wanted (any documentation that the amount I brought really did get put into the account I asked for on that date), she refused to give me any kind of receipt. Banks refusing to give a deposit receipt doesn't scream untrustworthy or dishonest at all, no. What a joke. Don't have some ignorant moron try to correct me when I ask for something when she doesn't even know what it is. I'm the customer, she should have had to give me a receipt, whether she understood what that was or not, instead of trying to talk down to me to cover up her own stupidity. I may not be able to get my boss to stop banking here, but I'll make damn sure no one else I know ever uses this company.
