Justin and the entire staff can take care of you from anywhere from gold to diamonds to custom pieces. I wouldn't give my business to anyone else.

I asked for a replica to be made of a ring that held great sentimental value for me, but that was damaged and I wanted a different size. Justin did an amazing job recreating the ring for me and I'm very happy with it! I would absolutely recommend Gilger Designs!

Gilger is an absolutely AMAZING family-owned business. We had both of our wedding rings custom-made from them, and they offered creative design suggestions, reasonable pricing, and friendly care and warmth throughout the process. The rings they made are absolutely stunning! We stop back in here all the time to catch up, discuss our love of rocks, and get our rings cleaned. I couldn't be happier with our choice. The entire staff at Gilger Designs is very friendly and accommodating. They are extremely knowledgeable and are able to communicate the history and methodology of jewelry making to a layman. They were able to turn my idea into a reality and explain the process along the way. If you need anything simple to ornate, they are capable and willing to make it happen for you.

I went after a recommendation from my mother-in-law who had a necklace made here and had a good experience. To be honest, my initial experience was frustrating. Their communication after I stopped in to have a mother’s ring designed / quoted was non-existent unless I called to check in (which I had to do multiple times). After a 2-3 weeks of trying to get information I had almost given up. I am glad I didn’t have to as they ended up reaching out and really pulled through. After they got the design started and a few adjustments made per my request- their turn around time was fast and the quality of their work is amazing! I would like to think that maybe my initial experience was bad timing as I know this is a family owned business and during the process they had a few people out unexpectedly. Even with my initial frustration I am glad it worked out they made my ring. Not only is it beautiful but it is a one of a kind handcrafted piece that was half the price of their competitors. Their prices are so much better, that I ended up buying a gold chain for a pendant I have which was also half the cost of their competitors. I will be using Gilger again for future jewelry needs. To be honest if it were not for the initialCommunication I would have given a 5 star rating.

Went here for an engagement ring. My now fiance had a rough idea of what she wanted. Justin turned that rough idea into a masterpiece. My fiance can't stop talking about her ring. She loves it (and I think it looks amazing too).

I'm a regular guy; but, I did recognize the significance of my upcoming silver wedding anniversary. These sweet people helped me find something simple, yet quite stunning. My purchase was wrapped with kindness and gratitude. Gilger's hometown staff made me feel right at home. I'm grateful they made what might have been drudgery into a blessing.

I truly cannot say enough good things about this shop. Everyone there is SO friendly and personable! I worked with Justin on a necklace design that was a little out there and he was super creative with the process. Each and every person I spoke to went above and beyond to make sure my piece was perfect!
