I’m a big fan of the store and the tools for the prices you pay, just not at this location. I’ll be blunt, you guys need better training on customer service. Big difference on how the customers are treated of other ethnicities compared to caucasian. We all go for one thing tools, let’s focus on that. Hopefully they improve to give the customer a better experience.
