The lady checking us out was polite enough. Nobody to really help in the isles. The one lady we did find wasn't offering any sort of help, let alone recognition.

Big place, diverse inventory. Lots of stuff espousing religion. They carry other interesting and useful items. They advertise matting/framing services, but I went there twice and that dept. was closed both times, though I called before going there - both times - and was told both times that it was open. So obviously I went elsewhere for matting/framing. During one of those visits I also needed help with art supplies but couldn't find anyone to help me with that either. Prices are high for goods ranging from shoddy to okay. Location is in a semi-seedy shopping center. There is plenty of parking, so that's nice. The store is arranged in a nonsensical way and interior signage is confusing. The employees at the checkout - the only two I saw during either of my visits there - were very nice but they were very slow. The store is VERY understaffed.
