Had 50% off wall decor everywhere and evidently the things I picked up (which were right next to the sign) were not part of it, Bailey, Marilyn, and Manager Brian completely dismissed the mislabeling and didn’t care. Poor customer service. Understand can give things away, but there’s a way to go about it.

The store layout is really hard to figure out and there are not enough checkouts. Lines are really long and there are not enough associates available to help in the aisles for the size of the store.

I live a good distance away. When ever I try calling nobody ever answers the phone. I call other hobby lobbies no problem this one is very problematic!!!
