Very rude and not helpful at all. Plus the phone number on their website for customer service goes to a disconnected number.

It amazes me how many places refuse to help veterans when this is supposedly a veteran friendly town. The one gal was very condescending. And apparently they only help people who make a lot of money and have been at their current job forever.
