Don’t do taxes with Regina! She takes your money and don’t do what she said she would and now we owe more on taxes. She is lying to her supervisor and did it over the phone at 9 at night out of office hours. I’m livid and they won’t give our money back.

It was a seamless and stress-free experience filing my taxes at H&R block. The tax-preparer was friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about tax-matters and looked into things I didn't even know existed. She helped me get max returns. I highly recommend to get your taxes filed here. It is worth the price you pay. (Especially if you are filing taxes for the first time or have not done in many years! There are tax filing details that the tax professional is aware of and can help you get max returns!)

Literally the worst tax service I’ve had in my entire life. A monkey could have filed better. Literally everything has already been filed with another h and r block location. All they need was a signature. Yet they’re trying to file again after explaining to them 20 times it’s already been filed. They had already said three days ago it had already been submitted. Then keeps asking me if I want to finish filing. Why would I be at a H&R Block if I didn’t want to file my taxes? Quite literally had a panic attack dealing with all this. Should have been a simple one and done situation.
