My girlfriend works here and is treated horribly by most of the staff. These people don’t have a life other than treating a poor underpaid worker unfairly. They give attitude for the simplest of questions, snarky remarks when she asked if she could help around, and annoyance and passive aggression for everything else. She has been dealing with this unfairness for the past two months and noticed that no one else is being treated this way. These people are just so miserable and it’s so noticeable every time you go to the pharmacy. Would absolutely hate to go here.

I've been very happy with my experiences here! I have had some difficult orders, complications from doctors, or a whole host of other complex problems with getting my medication to the pharmacy, and the pharmacists have been so extremely helpful in making sure I actually receive my meds when I need them. I have used other pharmacies in the past, and I've really enjoyed this one!

Hello, I am currently on the search for a new pharmacy. Yesterday was Absolutley ridiculous. I called right after my med management appointment and was told all of my medications would be ready by 4pm. I was nice and came in around 4:15 pm. They then only gave me my new medication only. I quickly realized and went back through the line. Expecting I’d get the rest of my 4 other medications. I was denied getting them as they had me wait another 20 minutes. I then get questioned by this blonde lady who was wanting to know why I was low on my mood stabilizer. Maybe because I am good about taking my medications. As someone who works in healthcare I feel very disrespected as a mood stabilizer definitely isn’t a party drug. I will still have to go back within the next week to get the rest of my medications because they were only willing to fill 5 more days. I will be looking elsewhere as this place also will tell you medications are ready and you still have to wait even up to the next day. Utterly pathetic!

Still struggling to get my medication to no avail and it's my mental health l am worried about.You never sent an email to my doctor as you promised to and l am presently out of my medication. Please help me out of the complications of abrupt withdrawal from a daily medication.

The pharmacy here is not as great as it seems to be there are always long lines and you have yo wait between 15 to 30 mins if they have your prescription. They also will give you run arounds on your prescription this place really needs help.

Want to kill 20-30 minutes of your time? Have a prescription you need to pick up? Hopefully you’re not in a rush and don’t have anywhere to be. You can count on these guys making you wait 20-30 minutes every single time.Give them a full 24 hours to get it filled and you’ll still show up and be asked to wait 20-30 minutes. So if you enjoy wasting your time and have low expectations, this is the pharmacy for you.

My complaints are all surrounding the horrible, pathetic job the pharmacy at this particular location is. I’ve had nothing but mistakes from their pharmacy staff. Today I received a text that my prescription was ready for pickup. After waiting in a line of 2 cars 25 minutes (the West hyvee takes a matter of minutes per car by the way) they told me no pharmacist had labeled my prescription and It would take another 20 minutes and I would have to go to the back of a now 5 car line. Extremely displeased with the service and if I were managing the pharmacy here there would be a complete clean out of their current staff. Waiting in the pharmacy line for an hour is just plain unacceptable. Ridiculous

Would not recommend this location. Employees severely lack people skills and will allow you to go without needed medication over a 3 day period when the medication clearly states to not immediately stop. Mental health is their last concern especially regarding your medications. Find a place that takes this seriously, my family will be.

Check your receipt and prices. I was over charged over $7 and shorted $.45 fuel saver! Now an extra 60 mile trip tomorrow to try to get money back. Compared my receipt to Walmart prices and my $180 purchase would have been almost $20 less at Walmart. That’s s as lot when you don’t get better service and over charged !

Would not recommend this location. This pharmacy is probably the worst. Had prescription sent in by doctor. 8 hours later still hadn’t been filled. Said would be filled next fay followed by the question of do you need it now?? Hope they don’t kill someone for lack of proper planning.

Why do they make you make an appointment to get the covid vaccine when they can make you wait 30 min past the appointment time of the appointment they made you make?
