I come into the store to the manager michelle yelling at a customer service employee loud and in front of everyone and calling her slurs to her face publicly, this is not what i would expect from a person in that position and will not be shopping at that store ever again.

I never came in contact with any Associates or anyone at the fitting area. The 70% off area didn’t offer much of a discount.

Terrible store manager with no help from corporate. The assistant is great though and is willing to help. Store was clean though. Would like to not get hassled about a credit card.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful but every time I go there when I put in my information it says my phone number and email are not recognized. I go to my account and they are both correct in there. Not the associates fault but very annoying from the companies side.

I would highly recommend Ivan at the checkout lane at the Ames Iowa Kohls store. He was very knowledgeable about the coupons available for the Labor Day weekend. He also was extremely careful in wrapping the candles I purchased so they wouldn’t break on my way home.
