Had to go there for a Nissan recall for my 2010 Frontier since there is no dealer more local. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, businesslike and competent. They did the recall plus showed me a few things that needed attention including photos. It included estimated cost but with no high pressure to commit. If I lived closer they would be my dealer.

We had a very confounding problem with our Nissan Sentra. Although it took a long time (weeks) to finally solve, the patience, care, sincerity, and kindness of the staff was unbelievable. They didn't even charge us for all the extra time they spent trying to replicate and diagnose our mysterious problem!

Sadly purchased a 2013 Kia Sorrento thinking I was buying a great car. Less than 24 hours later..the car is now inoperable, as it sounds like the front end is completely falling apart on the vehicle. After reaching out to Lithia, I was basically told, "It sucks to be you." As a new widow, who is now out $13,000...please take your money/business elsewhere. I now understand why their finance guy tried pushing the $3,900 service add on so aggressively. He was clearly sending me a warning signal. Lesson learned. Seriously, take your business elsewhere.

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT USE!! Brought my car in for power steering issue which told me it would be done the same day. They did not finish, and left me without a car unexpectedly for 3 days! No loner options.
