ALWAYS a pleasant experience to have our Murano and Altima serviced at Lithia! The service people go out of their way to make sure your car is serviced properly and road ready. My wife and I just took a three week western trip and the day we left my wife was concerned about the brakes and wanted them checked. I proceeded to call the service dept. at Lithia to see if they could possibly squeeze us in and they obliged with no problem. The brakes were fine and we went on our way and the Murano performed flawlessly. Kudos to the entire team at Lithia! When it comes time to trade, Lithia will be the first dealership we visit. Thank you Lithia!!

I would give them no stars if I could. I am absolutely livid. I was looking for a new car and looked at a ton and had it narrowed down to 2. I decided to get the Armada because it has the entertainment screens in the back seats. Turns out they do not work as stated and no way to fix it. They do not care. Nor does Nissan corporate. They told me they will not let me return the car. Too bad. Basically, I have to live with it.

Super friendly sales - straight and to the point negotiation process - and are flexible to negotiate over the phone. Great financing people too. However, issues after the fact trying to get a refund has been a hassle and a big challenge. Dealership stopped responding to my requests. That part has been disappointing so lowered to 3-stars.
