I’ve been going to Sierra for body waxing, and seriously, she’s the best! Super friendly, kind, and always makes me feel totally comfortable. It’s not always easy to relax during a wax, but she makes it feel like no big deal.
The whole vibe at Heroic Hair is awesome too. Everyone’s welcoming, and the place just has great energy.

I literally just left and I can’t say enough good things. Tarrah was so kind and excited about what I was asking for and she absolutely nailed it. Everything from the consult, the product recs, and the cut itself was just the best. I feel amazing and I will totally recommend Heroic and Tarrah!!

Ian did a fantastic job on my hair cut! I wanted 3 inches off in a straight line and they took their time to make sure everything was even and looked as good as possible. Another plus for me is i’m not much of a talker and the silences never felt awkward. I would definitely book with them again!

Amazing hair by the few stylists that have been around for a few years but a very poor nail experience. Consistently making unprofessional mistakes during the application process, not sanitizing or using utensils correctly and overpriced for a basic set. Left feeling dirty with chunky nails. I know HH can do better and hope that they can hold estheticians to a higher standard!!
*not interested in returning for a fix :(

Went to get a trim a few months back, don’t come very often so I just booked the same day and came in. My hairdresser cut my bangs unevenly, and when styling I asked if she could do a blowout and she said that the style can only be done with hair that has layers.

Abi did my 24 inch extensions and they turned out amazing! She helped me through the entire process of ordering them, and was quick with the application. I also have had Liz consistently cutting my hair. Excellent quality and customer service- overall a very wonderful experience, every time!

So I'm making this post as a sad upset loyal customer of Heoric Hair. I took me and my 2 kids there. I had an appointment set for a dye and haircut. I needed to switch to just haircut due to babysitting issues. However I either had to cut dry or wash cut no dry. The reason was I was doubled booked. Frustrated with that and then placed my concerns today about doing 2 different dyes appointments at the same time, they told me not to come back. All I have to say is they do great hair but their customer service skills lack and they don't take care of the loyal customers.

Heroic hair is super cool inside and out from the stylists to massage to the building itself. Laurel absolutely kills it behind the chair every time! I'm moving and will happily be driving 2+ hours to get my hair done there.

The stylists at Heroic do an amazing job BUT I have been canceled on more here than I ever have at any other salon and it is always last minute/day of. They need to realize that a lot of people take the day off of work for an appointment and can't just easily reschedule. I am highly disappointed by this. I get that things happen and emergencies come up but it shouldn't happen as often as it does and they should be more accommodating about getting a new appointment.

I've been going to Heroic Hair for the past 4 years & have always been happy with the service & care I've received. I generally don't make appointments in advance so I've gone to several different stylists but the results have always been great. Good vibes and good music. Happy to give them my business!

SAVE THE MONEY AND DYE IT YOURSELF!!!
Got my hair cut by Trinity back in March and she did a decent job. They got me in a week later, April 2nd, to get a partial bleach and dye by Laurel. I asked to stay within a $150 budget and she was able to do that. HOWEVER... I have medium short, brunette hair and was expecting better. I got what they referred to as a "halo," where just some front pieces are colored. She missed quite a few pieces with the color that were bleached so it looked very patchy. She also let the color sit on my roots too long so they got darker than I wanted. Within ONE wash, the color had already started fading!! I've had box dye that held up for 3 months and their dye couldn't even last for 3 days??
