The management doesn't care what the residents think. They pay to live there so they should have a voice and be heard. To be told by the CEO if you don't like it, you can leave it is wrong. It used to be a nice place to work. I don't know anyone who works there anymore. All the wonderful people left.

It’s a well-kept place, the staff is friendly and open to their kind of people only. However, this place isn’t open to different cultures and races. It’s 2023, no one should enter this facility socially not accepted, under pressure, or walk on eggshells at work especially when you’re a decent person.

Northcrest Community offers independent living and assisted living options to residents. For its Independent Living residents, Northcrest provides "Life Care." This unique concept provides a crucial level of financial protection to safeguard against future medical and cost of living expenses. Northcrest Community also provides access to a Health Center, memory care, and home health services. Northcrest was incorporated as a non-profit, tax-exempt organization in June, 1962. The first residents moved into the community on December 1, 1965. Since its founding, Northcrest has undergone numerous construction stages to form the present community. The Corporation owns and operates Northcrest Community.
