I haven't been to an old Navy in years! Found some VERY Cute stuff AND bought my 4th Of July shirt for our family! Employees were nice and helpful it was a busy holiday weekend!

I've visited this location 3 times so far. The clothes are cute and they seem to have a decent selection of sizes! Unfortunately, you will receive zero customer service. Not even a greeting. Employees clearly do not want to interact with customers and when questions were asked there was no product knowledge whatsoever. Bummer.

BEWARE of shady employees!! Daughter set her phone down to help her son with something and didn’t realize until she left the store that she didn’t have the phone. Went back into the store to look and ask about it - was told it hadn’t been turned in. Went to her car and looked - saw on her Apple Watch that her phone wasn’t connected anymore. Called the store and was told an employee would meet her at the back door with it - went there - no one came. Called again - was told to go somewhere else and no phone. Went back into the store was told by worker at register that she didn’t know anything about the phone - and then another worker showed up from back room and handed it to daughter. When she got to her car and was checking her phone - they had turned her ICloud off and her Find my Phone was off. Seems they were trying to wipe it clean to steal it! Managers take note - your employees need screened better!!
