Wow, I called because I am having trouble getting one solid number for PD I've went to 4 places all different numbers. I got the rudest response (we don't do it unless you bought glasses here in the past year) it's been 2 I said and I was there anything that could be done, "nope then we are good there it's been 2 so we can't help you" and booted off the phone... No help just rudeness I will never buy my glasses here again!

I've been going to Pearle Vision in Ames for a very long time. I have never had any bad experience with any of the staff. They are all very helpful and give honest opinions on which frames look good or bad or awesome. I will always be a Pearle Vision customer.

Pretty awful customer service. This place doesn’t remind you about upcoming appointments AT ALL, and even if you’re 10 minutes late they make you reschedule for an appointment over 3 weeks out. There’s definitely better places to go for your time and money; especially when it comes to working with the customers.

I had a 930 appointment, I was there at 9:15…. at 10 AM. I was still waiting for the optometrist. I ended up leaving.

Kari and the Pearle Vision Ames team have consistently provided our family (my husband, myself, and my daughter) with outstanding service for 10 years. Could not recommend a better business for eye exams, contacts, and glasses needs.

I've been coming to Dr. Haugland for years- even after I moved out of state, I always timed my exams for when I was home. No one has ever been as attentive and thorough as Dr. Haugland, especially since I have a finicky prescription. Even now I live in Des Moines and still drive up every time.Everyone on the glasses side have also been very caring and friendly over the years. Keri was very patient with me as a teenager who couldn't figure out how to get her contacts in! They're always on top of all the samples and insurance and everything, I've never had any issues.
