I was informed that some car wash buddies of mine got harrased while trying to film the car wash here and were refused a refund while the machine timed out on them. In the hard-working state of Iowa I wouldn't want to support a crummy place like this. Photography is not a crime!

i went inside to grab a soft drink from the convenience store and the store employee said that i couldn't pay with my 2 dollar bills because he considered it "outdated currency." i explained it was still usable but he didn't listen and yelled out me to leave for not "cooperating." avoid this station at all costs.

They will stop the car wash mid wash without refunding you, scold you, and threaten to call the police if you record the car wash. As if that's a crime or anything harmful.

Car wash is a joke. And the guys who work here won’t give me my money back. They said that they don’t do refunds. Unbelievable jerks! Guess I have to let my credit card company fight this one. After their incredibly rude behavior I’ll never shop here again.

Kicked my friend off the property for trying to get a video of their automatic car wash (it’s his lifelong hobby) and wouldn’t refund after the machine timed out. Avoid at all costs.
