I made a trip to sally’s today and yesterday and both times the employees working were so sweet and helpful! They made sure I had everything I needed and helped me pick out hair color. Both very knowledgable and very kind to me. Thank you to them!

Use correct hours. ? Now I have half dyed hair when I could've gone to another Sally's that's actually OPEN if you actually had your correct hours.

We went both Saturday and Sunday. 1st to get items to color teenage friend's hair. We loved the color and the condition of their hair so much. Associate named Alex was so helpful. Went back Sunday for items to color black natural hair, very curly. We were so happy Alex was there again. We bombarded her with questions. She was so patient, friendly and super helpful. Sally's gets 5 stars Alex gets 10??

I already emailed corporate my complaints. Two days ago I went in and two women wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Then when we went to check out the two women there mocked my friends tattoos. NOT OKAY! We were judged for our tattoos and obviously that’s why they never offered us help the whole 20 mins there but helped everyone else.

Always had great service here... they know what products would be the best for you. The lady with blonde short hair is AMAZING!!! She is absolutely amazing I go in there way to often that she knows exactly what products I am looking for even if I forgot what they at called. The employees really look out for the patrons they will tell you what exactly what you need to help you with your beauty journey. I LOVE THEM!!
