Serenity Pet Spa is a favorite dog grooming place that is welcoming and friendly. The staff clearly cares for the furry friends and provides wonderful, skilled grooming. They are professional, communicative, and make the scheduling, drop-off, and pick-up process seamless. They take great care of older dogs, accommodating specific needs to make owners feel confident. The groomers are fantastic, willing to listen and implement changes, and do a wonderful job. Dogs come home not only gorgeous with a fresh haircut but also happy, sometimes wearing a sweet little bandana. The customer service is refreshing, from the first phone call to every visit. Many are so glad they found this place and would not go anywhere else.
