We had a great experience with Signature Self Storage! They were easy to work with, the unit was clean and secure! I am so glad we decided to utilize a storage unit rather than haul items to/from between semesters. Highly recommend!

Recently rented from these guys, they are amazing! I recently rented it was clean when I put stuff into it and had no issues with pests. Would rent from them again.

Great customer service! A lot of other places are hard to get a hold of, but they are always in the office or available by phone during their business hours. Very clean, good temperature. Recommend!

Had a great experience with Signature Self Storage (interior/climate-controlled unit). It's clean, secure, & truly climate controlled. Staff is also extremely helpful/flexible. We'd reserved a smaller unit, but once we got my elderly mom's things in the moving truck, realized we needed more space. They quickly switched our reservation to a larger unit. We live out of state; the team is easy to reach & deal with via phone & email. They respond quickly to questions left when they're unavailable. By far the best storage experience we've ever had. (& because of their security measures, I felt safe sitting in the unit alone for hours going through boxes prior to move-out. There's motion-detecting lighting in the hallways, & I brought battery-powered work lights for inside the unit.)

I needed a storage unit on short notice and they were so nice and accommodating. I recommend Signature Storage their storage units are clean and secure. Everyone there make it a very easy and friendly experience. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a secure clean storage unit.

I used a smaller unit for an apartment move. The sign up and access was very easy. The customer service was great. The price per month was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this storage space again.

10 out of 5 stars. We rented an RV storage spot for a little over a year and really appreciated the team at Signature. There is real live managent on site which seems to be getting more and more rare in Ames. Scott always treated me like a person when I came to him with concerns. I didn't have to call some national call center with a script to read to me. The facility always appeared clean. The RV sites were easy to get to and easy to get in and out of woth room to walk around if we needed to get in and out or do any minor repairs. We will bring any return business back to Signature and let everyone we know to do the same

Very pleased with ease of renting with Signature Self Storage. I have rented from them previously and it was very easy to let them know that I no longer needed the space. I needed a space again and signing up online was very convenient. Customer service is outstanding.
