I went to this location for technical help with my phone. I was greeted by the manager, Pedro who was very professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention very patient with someone who is not great with technology. He immediately knew how to solve my problem. I did have to return later that day, for a little more help. Again, Pedro was very patient with me.I really appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable service I received here!

Purchased a phone here in 2022, I also purchased the $40 temp glass protective clear screen cover that sticks to the front of the phone. At the time I thought the price was absurdly high for a clear sheet that would stick to the screen but I was assured that it included lifetime replacement if it ever broke. The clear protective cover started to crack on the edges so I stopped in to get it replaced. Turns out the salesman had lied to my face. The worker today insisted that this is not the case, that the protective temp glass cover is only replaced if I have the whole phone insured. This completely contradicts what I was told at the time of purchase. He was explicit in explaining that it was one of the reasons the simple cover costs $40 is because the cover is guaranteed with lifetime replacement. Bottom line, avoid this store!

Outright lied to by the manager of this store about pricing and whether they accept the ACP credit (they do not, just a heads up). When we returned to speak to said manager said that he DIDN'T say what he said. We had to switch to Metro by T Mobile and pay triple for said switch in order to get what was promised us

I do not recommend t mobile to anyone. They quoted me one price and billed me another price that was much higher. Made multiple phone calls to try to speak to manager but will not return calls.

This store helped me experience what it’s like to be denied a service. Apparently, despite having an SSN, a valid student visa, a valid passport, T-Mobile does not let internationals open an account with them unless they have a driver’s license or any other US-issued ID. Moreover, if you explain how it works everywhere else, this employee will tell you “T-Mobile is not ‘everywhere’”. He made me go down to the store three times. He forgot to tell me that I would need an ID, and when I went back with my passport, he said, sorry it won’t work since it’s not US issued. To top it off, this guy says “don’t make me apologize to you again”!

One issue after another. Top it off with fees that weren't disclosed or were to have been waved as per policy or per heavily notated account, (multiple issues with 2 devices...one I brought back literally in less then 12hrs upon store opening)...Somehow it just feels a bit shady in the end. If it wasn't for the receipts and seeing it on my account I'd swear they were pocketing it. ? Either way...gonna do my 2 years and move on. This store has lost my business for the entire company.
