Needed to ship an envelope within the state of Iowa and have it arrive 2 days later. The person at the store put it in for 2 day air. The cost was $57 which I thought was ridiculous but I didn’t have any other options. Came home and looked into it with the online shipping calculator. My package would have made it in time on ground for $15. Not sure if they get money from upselling as they are a franchise or if the person working just didn’t know better. Not impressed.

The less than 4 star negative reviews about this business absolutely surprise me. I have been going to this store ever since they opened and they are nothing less than OUTSTANDING in the service and work. I say this without exaggeration. I strongly recommend that you give your business to this store at least one time and then decide for yourself if they deserve your repeat business. That will be fair to them and you!

You charged me 1 dollar to tape my package shut because return was “ customer pack”
I’ve gone to many other UPS stores, fed Ex store, and they simply tape my box shut. FOR FREE

Went in to have some document shredded, on the website it says $.99 a pound and I was charged $1.50 a pound and then was told that the website was wrong. And in checking other UPS websites they all say $.99 a pound very disappointed in the answer I got from the manager Her, it was that’s just the way it is. Won’t go there again..

Manager was insanely rude and unprofessional. I would suggest avoiding her and this location at all costs; the extra few minutes to the other location would be well worth it.
