The store holds more inventory than they have room to stock it. The racks are so full that all the clothing must be steamed or pressed to remove deep creases from being crushed by over crowding racks. Also, it's such an ordeal to find what you need, no organization, no way to get in and get out because it takes so much time just finding the right size or style as everything is mixed in with everything else!
