even 1 star is too high. They have terrible customer service particularly in a college town. Mechanical problems on your part should not impact a student's access to their own money. what a disappointment

The absolute worst US Bank I've ever been to. This branch is so terrible, I am not long going to continue having accounts with US Bank. Customer service is better in Iraq.
