Staff is kind and supportive. The card customer service support is also helpful and work with you. Very happy I switched to US Bank.

Does not keep their word to customers. Never trust them or open an account. Did not award my promised sign on bonus even after calling twice. They just make more promises and no delivery. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time with this bank.

I needed help with my account after somebody stole my checkbook. I walked in to Main street branch and was helped very patiently and competently. I've been banking there for a dozen years, with fine service inside the bank, and at the drive-thru. Always great service! I recommend this branch!!!
