Very rude teller. This is my second experience with her. Not at all professional. Today I confronted her by asking why are you being so rude? To which she replied I am not being rude, I am explaining you how things work at our bank. After that I just took my cards and left the place. What a joke. I wish her well.

The teller, Kristina, helped me very quickly and completely. A very good experience compared to toll-free number and other locations.

My visit to this location was excellent. Devin was very helpful with the details surrounding a loan I wanted to take out. The management team assisted Devin to make the process very easy. The tellers and other staff were very friendly with other customers that walked in as well!!

Very poor customer service at this location. The teller was not trained properly in completing my simple transaction.I always go to the bank downtown but I was nearby and decided to deposit cash at the campus location. I will certainly drive downtown from now on where they are friendly and competent.

Terrible bank with absolutely soulless managers. They are charging me insane fees that are making it impossible to get my account back to a positive balance. When talking to the manager about the issue she was extremely rude and condescending. I will be taking my business to a credit union or somewhere else that doesn't treat their customers like complete garbage. I cannot express with words how horrible the manager here is.

Set up my account before coming to US Bank and have used this location for deposits/withdrawals. For three years I haven't had an unfriendly teller. Always smiles and always friendly people.

I was at Lincoln way branch to open a new student account today. It was a big disappointment at first because of very rude behavior by the teller named "Celina". Then later I was helped by Thanasy Telios and he was nice to me. He also apologized for the rude behavior by "Celina", but he wasn't the one responsible for that. I'm giving one star in this review because of Mr. Telios's good service. I honestly think that employees like Celina needs to be fired because banks are all about providing good customer service.

Poor customer service. Had transaction problems on my account and was redirected to a banker with an attitude problem. She (name withheld to shed some leniency) was sarcastic, part-racist part-hostile and did not even sound like she wanted to help. She tried to justify her incompetence by saying the manager was busy in a meeting. Will be closing the account and sticking with Wells Fargo as my main.

To me, it was the best local bank when I stayed in Ames. Close to campus and good service
