Horrible experience with missing mail that we still haven't received 2 months later. It was a very important check that we had to get the sender to cancel and then we drove an hour to get a new check because we didn't trust the mail run this time around. Frankly don't trust the post office after this issue. I got no answers or help when I reached out, just was told it was "due to the snow storms" and that was it. Poor customer service and no will to help those who need it.

I had a terrible experience with the M-Bags service. As an international student, I was initially informed that I could ship books to my home country for $95 using M-Bags. My first visit involved bringing a 60-pound bag, only to be told that each book had to be individually wrapped and have postage information included. On my second visit with two 60-pound bags, I was shocked to learn that the actual cost was around $500 per bag, significantly higher than other services that include tracking and insurance. Despite showing them their online information, which allowed me to create a customs form at the previously quoted price, their response was dismissive, stating they had no control over website content. After spending over $70 on packaging and dedicating time to wrap each book and make two trips to the post office, I found their service and response utterly unacceptable.

If Lynda picks up your call, call some other time or ask for another available staff. They have very nice and helpful staffs who is knowledgeable with the system. They will help you with whatever you need. But Lynda won’t, she hates her life and does not want to work nor help you, she will try her best to put you on infinite hold or redirect your call or send you online to figure out the matter yourself.

Super experience overall.They attended to me swift.There were many outlets even though people come in their numbers, it is a seamless process depending on what you are there to do.

I've shipped a ton through this post office, and they're very friendly to work with. Sometimes there's a wait, but it hasn't taken me longer than a few minutes.

I can't trust them to pick up mail or deliver mail on regularly scheduled days. It is very random, especially if it's a Saturday before or a Tuesday after a holiday. Like the mail carrier took time off and said "screw it." I also live right across from where I work, and then there were a lot of letters they should've picked up today, and nothing. Whatever happened to snow, rain or shine? People depend and count on the mail, and this is ridiculous. I CANNOT have mail sitting there in the slot for days and days without pickup.

I'm trying to figure out why is a phone been busy for the last two days I've been calling and I'm trying to figure out why this the only post office around the United States that don't ship off ashes when all the US post office supposed to have a cremation package this ship off the people around the world to they loved one but this post office is not answering the phone and it's not answering any questions somebody need to investigate this post office

There is an awesome person who works here, also works Saturdays and she ROCKS and is exemplary in her job. The place is clean, they do a great job of keeping the line moving. I've been there a lot lately to pick up mail. They have street parking. Marcy'sDinerTantrumScale 5/5- NoScreamingKids. Older building but well kept.

The employees are wonderful, never had a bad experience in the store, but the phone tree if you want to call and ask a question is absolutely ridiculous. There was no option for my question in the phone tree, and no way to just talk to a human being. Now I have to make an extra trip just to find out if a mail key is ready. Extremely frustrated.

Apparently when you sign up for street addressing they stop putting packages in the lobby lockers and force you to go in during business hours to collect. Which is wonderful when you work and/or have classes during their open hours. So then your textbooks get held hostage. Having aPO Box is supposed to be convenient. So much for that.

I have been trying to get a hold of my passport and they have not been helpful at all. The first time I went in I had scheduled an appointment as you're supposed to, but when I said I was there for a passport appointment they looked at me like I was crazy. They did not seem to understand the process at all and recommended I come back later. I did so, and when I arrived they told me again that they couldn't help me and were not polite.
