SO good. Ill drive from 40 min away just to wash my car here. Other washes around me always leave grime and dirt, varsity car wash has left my car sparkling clean every single time and the bonus vacuums and detailing are awesome!

This company is really good with customer service, and the license plate reading system is very convenient and accurate. However, this wash will scratch the paint on your darker colored vehicle. This is always the risk with automatic car washes, but it is disappointing when the company tries so hard to convince you that they are the exception and you get scratches anyway. If the micro-scratches don't bother you or you already have them, this is a great car wash otherwise.

I wish it was possible to leave this place 0 stars or even negative! I am sooooooo upset and angry…. I took my car here, my 2025 car that we just got off the lot not even a month ago with less than 3,000 miles. Left with scratches all over my white car, black scuffs all over, and chips in my windows on drivers side front and back window. Normally I don’t like to use brush carwashes and today I gave it a chance and bam…. I learned that even giving a place one chance can ruin your whole day, week, and month. I haven’t even paid my first car payment on my vehicle and it already has damage from this car wash. Normally I am always reading reviews before I go somewhere and didn’t today for this place. I wish I would have and I would not have ran into such a mess… After reading a ton of reviews after I had left this place… I am not sure how they are still open… I tried calling the phone number and of coarse nobody answered. Very disappointed…. DON’T take your car here unless you want to leave with damage!!

No sign saying a big truck couldnt go through until you are at the end of the driveway, had to reverse through the driveway because of clearance and hope no one was coming in. Ford F-250 even 150 dont go if you have a truck thats large. “Free vacumes” no you have to pay to get in anyway. Simply poor communication.

Excellent car wash. I've been coming here for the last two years. All the equipment is always impeccably maintained and functioning. Customer service has always been excellent. Very fair pricing. I couldn't ask for them to do any better honestly.

They seem to be closed a lot. The car wash is decent, my vehicle never gets dried off though. Have to go home and finish drying it.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR, DONT GO HERE. I had Went through this carwash and it had ripped my valve stem out of my tire and scratched up my lower side skirt. Did an accident report and they said they would pay for just the tire. A week goes by and I hear nothing. Call them again and now they said they won’t pay for it because the tire caps weren’t plastic. My car was spotless and I take care of it all the time. Lesson learned on touch carwashes.
In response to their comment: there wasn’t pre existing damage. I wasn’t shown no footage when asked. They just wanted to see the car when fixed. They look for anything they can to not repair what their business does.

I emailed Varsity Car Wash to cancel my membership on Sept 25th but I was still charged for Oct. Nobody responds to call or email. Bad customer service. A lot of the upgrades are scam! The fact that they make canceling membership so difficult in this day and age of technology itself makes the case for 1star.

Wide tires on your sporty car? No problem at this car wash!!! Those archaic pipe rail guides for your wheels are no longer!!! My Porsche Cayenne e-Hybrid slipped right in beautifully!!!
Excellent car wash!!! I'd give them a 6 if I could!
