“I love this place! She puts her soul into having a nice store and inventory. It is not a thrift store by any means & has better pricing than a boutique. Even the displays and window fronts are fun to see! Items are consistently in excellent condition, ever changing. My favorite is looking for a purse or jewelry - always a pleasant surprise. Don’t cheat yourself by shopping online only. Definitely go in & see the rest!”

“Super cute store, the clothes are super nice and high quality. I did find it uncomfortable however that we were followed around the store (I’m guessing to watch for shop lifting). I understand the concern but it was frustrating and made me feel out of pocket. Everyone was friendly just made me feel uncomfortable.”

“This is the only store in Ames where I can buy NEW dresses. The selection is wonderful! There were several styles in several different colors!! Reasonable prices too!!”
“I went to the check out with my items and told the cashier I had gotten a pair of jeans off the clearance rack but there wasn't a price tag on them. She told me they got put on the wrong rack and were actually full price. I wasn't upset, didn't fuss about it, but right away the manager heard and piped up, telling her to give them to me at the clearance price. That is a level of customer service you do not see anymore. Beyond impressed. Ames, IA.”

“One, two, BUCKLE me anything! The Ames store rocks. I walked in for jeans but my size had flown off the shelves. Jessie D. assisted me and told me they could order some in; unfortunately, I am leaving town in two days. Did I walk out empty handed? Not at all! I spotted a cute t-shirt. Jessie instantly showed me how it could be paired with an overshirt and necklace. Now my very difficult to buy for son, will be looking sharp when he takes me out for Mother's Day! Jessie provided me with an exceptional store experience, wonderful customer service and a smile that wouldn't quit! I was in and out in 15 minutes and feeling great about my purchase! The manager, Parker even took time to greet me as well. I'll be back Buckle!! ❤️”

“I would highly recommend Ivan at the checkout lane at the Ames Iowa Kohls store. He was very knowledgeable about the coupons available for the Labor Day weekend. He also was extremely careful in wrapping the candles I purchased so they wouldn’t break on my way home.”

“I don't know anything about this company but they are fantastic. I was parked in front of their building one day and accidentally dropped my wallet down and one of their employees picked it up for me and wrote a note on my car. It saved me so much time and money I can't thank them enough Please go buy something from them these kind people don't exist anymore these days!”
