Never anyone running the cash register
Gave it another chance. Literally a dude waiting at the register for a cashier as I entered. 3 crusty slices of pizza in the warmer. Honestly just a disappointment.

If you want a taco pizza, but no taco pizza toppings then boy is this the place for you. If you like calling multiple times and getting put on hold for 30 minutes total between multiple calls then you’ll love it here! 0/5 stars for effort

I'm starting to hate caseys I'm 50 years old and have to pull my idea of my wallet every time I'm clearly over 21 I'm going ti bash caseys every chance I get and to whomever I can I hope the business starts to feel it

You need to lock the ice chest outside east lot. I saw someone trying to take two bags of ice.This was at 1:15am Friday morning. Friendly people, good service!!

Won’t ever give these guys my business ever again absolutely disrespectful the one girl had something to say about me and whispered to her coworker the coworker kinda looked over at me to tell her I was still at the counter and the coworker looked over and she noticed I was still at the counter.. never again rude and disrespectful

Ordered 2 large pizzas and kitchen was backed up, totally understandable! The pizzas unfortunately were so burnt and not edible! Half that was eaten was ok. Called and no one answered! Have never had this problem before always have amazing pizza!

Not from here; but what a great experience.! The app wouldn’t work, so I though ‘here we go.’ I called and the lady went out of her way to accommodate me, and to make sure all was right.. pickup was slick and easy.. and then the Buute; **Best Prepared Casey’s Pizza; outside of My Granny’s of course.. and I’ve eaten a lot of Casey’s pizza.. last month I had 8 “meals” there in one week.. Shout Out to Casey’s on Main Street in Anamosa,Ia!! “For that pizza, We Thank You!” (4pm, Oct 29th 2023)

I bought a bottled drink and asked the cashier for cash back. It didn’t pop up on the screen when I paid with card so I asked her how to get cash back. She said I would need to buy another item, which I did even though I shouldn’t have had to, because she seemed dismissive and I wanted to end the interaction. Again it didn’t pop up on the screen so I asked her how to actually get cash back. She rudely said she couldn’t help me then and started ringing up the next customer. So because of her I ended up buying something I didn’t need or want and still didn’t get the cash back.

The girl in training was very pleasant the one training her seemed rushed. Didn't let me tell her that I needed a receipt. She talked over me. There was only one customer behind me, and they just got there.
