Cashier was extremely rude. My young child touched the lottery display to ask what it was, and the cashier yelled at him for touching it. Needless to say I'll take my business somewhere else any chance I get.

Found a long black hair embedded in the donut I purchased. The wrap was packaged/made in Ankeny and had soggy tortillas. It was just really sad. Staff were friendly enough though. Being one of the only places in Anita to get food, they could do better.

I have been coming to this caseys for several years as I live right down the street. Numerous times I have gone in and there is no food in the warmer, half the staff is smoking a cigarette outside. The coffee creamers are empty and when called out on it, the general manager, Jen, yelled at me to stop coming to the store when all I do is complain about the fact that they never have anything stocked. I have been ignored by several workers while they have just talk behind the counter. All in all, this store has gone seriously downhill since the most recent manager has taken over.

My husband and I were driving through to get to a wedding in council bluffs when we stopped by this Casey’s and accidentally locked our keys in our car, the lady’s working jumped right in to help and one even went so far as to get us a clothes hanger during her break to try and jimmy our way into the car.

I am a regular customer here at this Casey's and I love the people here. But, when I came in today, there was not any food in the warmers, and I found myself at the Casey's in Adair just to get something to eat. The service is great here, I just recommend that the cooks work harder to always have something in the warmers.

Okay enough gas station. In a small town. The highway signs should tell you it's 4 miles out of the way. Would've rather peed on the side of the road than take the driving time out. Didn't buy anything so I can't exactly rate service. Just gave it a 5 star. Didn't order any food either so keep that in mind toom

Refused to honor the sale advertised. I showed her the sign and she just shrugged and said it didn’t work. Cashier was young and just didn’t seem to care.

only option for places to eat. pizza at this casey's is prob the worst ever. half of staff is friendly other half oblivious. obvious guy that likes other guys that makes the pizza. he likes to stop making his pizzas and come linger aimlessly by male customers i guess hes trolling for dates. but doesn't stock shelves or do anything else except look at items randomly in hopes that the customer will respond to the fact that their personal space has just been infringed upon. I would give five stars for creepy!

We stop by to get gas ⛽️ and snacks..Great place, friendly staff super clean both inside and outside..if I or any of my family or friends head that way I'll recommend 100%
