When we moved to Ankeny in April of 2024, we drove by AAA Storage several times trying to decide if we needed a storage unit before stopping in. They had a special rate for new customers and nice sized storage units for the price that sold us. AAA is secure, clean, staff was friendly, and this site met our needs.

Clean facility, easy to get to, carts provided to assist moving in and out were clean and in great shape. The staff was courteous and great to work with. I would not hesitate to use AAA storage again.

This business was in a great location and met my storage needs perfectly. Access was safe and easy, it was clean and the lady that I worked with in the office was super efficient. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant. It was a great value and I highly recommend.

AAA Storage provided us with excellent service in all ways. Extremely reasonable price, variety of choices for unit sizes, everything was clean, staff was professional and willing to work with us when we opted for a smaller unit after a few months. I cannot say enough good things about this most excellent company and can assure anyone who is considering using a storage company that AAA Storage in Ankeny is most excellent.

I moved from StorageMart off NW 36th where it as a complete NIGHTMARE! My daughter was using AAA Storage on N Ankeny Blvd and so I had moved my storage to this location and it was a night and day difference. AAA was the best experience I have ever had with a storage. They are extremely helpful and friendly! Now I know why my daughter praises them so much and has stayed for so many years. If I ever need another storage I will not hesitate to go back to AAA!

AAA Storage in Ankeny was a great rental storage experience for us. The facility was extremely clean, well-lit, easily accessible for moving trucks and had carts that we could use to move our items from the loading bay into the two units we rented. We interacted with the manager, Tara Lake, and another staff member on several occasions, and they were both amazing, providing information and helping with our reservations. Aside from our great experience, the prices were fair and affordable compared to other storage facilities in the Des Moines/Ankeny area. I would use them again in a minute and will recommend them to friends and family.
