Caliber collision in Ankeny went above and beyond repairing my vehicle..The service from start to finish was top notch..Casey at the front is amazing with all her help,she is friendly outgoing and does a amazing job.They are lucky to have such a incredible gal working there..The guys that helped with the estimate and all there help was also 100%..I cannot say enough about the service we had there..Don't go anywhere else for auto body work..This is the place

Listen, I had part of my bumper come off during a car wash and I thought it was gonna cost crazy money to fix with a lot of appointment time to get around... I called Caliber collision and talked to a guy named phill about my issue and with his busy schedule... he said come in. Let's take a look. THE SAME DAY FOLK!!! I walked into this place which had new carpets being put in new counters is equipment and computers are everywhere total disaster as for construction remodel take take over; but this man had everything as for his business running in harmony and still look at my vehicle. Phill stated it was minor repair and he sent me on my way. I would just like to thank you Phill and every personnel that works with you because these guys are freaking awesome! Thanks Phill

We took our GMC to Ankeny Auto Body with over $13k worth of Hail damage. They were quick, friendly, and the vehicle looks brand new again! We loved that they texted us throughout the process and kept us updated on the timing! 10/10 would definitely recommend them!

Such an amazing team! Not only did they do a wonderful job repairing my car, but Shelly was great at coordinating with my insurance and the car rental company to make sure I was well taken care of. AND, to help out small, local businesses in the area during the Covid-19 closures, they gave us a gift card to Ankeny Cafe to help their business! Will highly recommend to anyone in Ankeny that need auto body repairs!

What a great team!As we were out of town they graciously visited the house took pics, did the quote all with me away.They picked the car up and did the repairs. I timed a trip back and the car was ready to collect, shined and in perfect condition.They cleaned the car and even polished out a minor scuff.What a friendly, helpful, professional company and team.Thank you all very much for the excellent service.

I recently had an unfortunate accident after 38 years of no issues...Even though my vehicle was a total loss the staff was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable.... No doubt in my mind I will use their services if needed again. Thank you Shelly!!!

I was on the highway when a rock hit the edge of my roof and shattered my sun roof. I called and they got me in immediately for a temporary fix so I could get back home, which is 2 hours away. They were pleasant, understanding and all around wonderful!
