Austin (sales) was wonderful. He took great care of us during the entire buying process. We had a few things that needed fixed and also had rims put on. Austin made sure to keep us updated during the entire process and guaranteed I was happy with results. When I am at the dealership to get work done he stops by to say hello. Would recommend Austin for all your purchasing needs.Lawrence (service) and Terry (servicing manager) provided exceptional customer service. After purchasing our vehicle we had the battery go bad and a wire was faulty in the drivers seat causing the check safety restraint alarm to trigger. I was worried and upset because we had just purchased the vehicle. We had an upcoming vacation we were taking the vehicle on and the issues really worried me. They stood by the sale and provided the repairs at no cost to us. Any other dealership I have worked with would have told me tough luck, and it all would have had to come out of our pocket. I was so appreciative they stood by the sale and repaired the vehicle for our family. They have a lifelong customer. Although it wasn’t ideal having the issues, the fact they repaired them and stood by their sale earned my respect and loyalty.

I just wanted to reach out and thank Aaron and the entire sales team at Bob Brown Buick Gmc for an outstanding experience buying a used truck. He was very helpful in finding the best deal for me and was 100% honest about every aspect of the vehicle and took me through all the options the vehicle has. we drove six and a half hours to get to there dealership and I would do it again. Purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium on June 9. 68,000 miles. Beautiful car. Car had 30 day warranty. After driving car couple weeks noticed a shudder, jerk In transmission shifting when under 35 miles per hour. Finally after couple more weeks searching on internet found a TSB (technical service bulletin) on Ford for our car described exactly like what we were experiencing. Decided to take it to Ford dealer for diagnosis because it appears to be ford issue. This required waiting almost two more weeks to get in for diagnosis. Sadly transmission was diagnosed torque converter failure causing severe internal damage requiring replacement of transmission $8400.00. This was without question starting or was a issue when we purchased vehicle. However Bob Brown GMC has disavowed any coverage or responsibility. I understand many may say tough luck it’s on me. However I believe Bob Brown GMC could at least give even partial coverage considering this had to be an issue at time of purchase. I’ve called several times and asked for management to contact me through my salesperson. No response from them.UpdateManager called this morning. We both explained our position in a very civil and respectful manner. Ending with them offering a courtesy settlement. Which i agreed to. I consider the issue closed.

Wow -- what a fantastic overall experience. Dealerships typically don't like customers such as myself. I'm a no-nonsense, shoot-it-straight, not here to haggle, kind of car buyer. I know what I want, I know what it's worth, and I know I'm not paying retail -- ever.The stars aligned and Kamrie Bazal was the sales associate that returned my initial email I sent about a Ford Escape Titanium...after 11:30pm! I called her the next day to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Kamrie had the vehicle washed, dried and ready to roll moments after I arrived at the dealership. During our test drive, I mentioned that if she wanted to make a sale, I wasn't going to play the, "I need to run this past my manager" (multiple times) game. I told her I'd shoot her a fair price for both parties. That's precisely how the deal went down. FINALLY. Sales associates, managers and financing ALL working together to make a car buying experience actually enjoyable. This is how it's supposed to be. This is textbook car buying.Also, a special mention to Business Manager, Brenna Bjorland. She worked diligently trying to match my credit union's interest rate. The ONLY reason this transaction wasn't 2 hours flat is because Brenna was working her channels. She politely offered their extended warranty on the vehicle and did not push the sale at all. She gave me plenty of time to review all the fine print, and answered all of my very direct and pointed questions without hesitation.Kamrie and Brenna were absolute ROCKSTARS throughout the entire process, and I just could not be any happier.Sorry for the TL;DR post. But these two women needed a serious kudos for going above and beyond. Folks, these gals get it done! You will not be disappointed!!!

Kamrie Bazal was amazing. She understood what we where looking for and was very passionate about her job. She took time to actually get to know us and help with any questions we had about the car. We ended up purchasing a 2019 Dodge Charger R/T and it's an amazing machine....Highly recommend Kamrie to anyone....Only issue we had was we purchased this car outright and wasn't even given a full tank of fuel. Sales manager would only allow an extra 5 gallons. I understand policy but we didn't finance this vehicle. We bought it outright. A gesture could've been extended.

No pressure sales, gave us best price up front- no need to haggle. Very reasonable offer for trade, quick financing and paperwork. Didn’t try to sell us a lot of extras we didn’t need.

Kevin and John in service went above and beyond to fix an issue I had with my vehicle! I was super impressed and appreciate each of them so much! I had my vehicle in for an oil change a couple of weeks ago and had told Kevin about an issue I had, but, of course, that day there was no issue. He told me to contact him if it happened again. It happened again and between him and John, they fixed it. I appreciated the honesty and standing by his word to help. These are the kind of employees that keep customers coming back! Also, a shout out to the ladies where I pay my bill. They are always friendly.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to investigate a noise. The team listened to my concerns and even rode with me prior to the service to confirm the sound. They were up front about the time it would take and contacted me promptly when finished. Overall I feel like they were did an event job of taking care of my concerns and needs

I had planned on purchasing an SUV yesterday. Since it was later in the day I decided to work out the details & purchase today. My salesman called me early afternoon to tell to arrange a delivery time & that they were busy due to being short staffed. Then called again shortly saying they had loaned out the SUV & it was 3 hours away. After explaining my frustration he told me they had loaned out the SUV three days prior. I feel like I have been completely lied to by more than one person at this dealership & feel they had or have made 0 attempts to make it right. Ryan you can come up with a deal of a century & I will never make a purchase at BB GMC. If they treat their purchasing customers this way I can only imagine how they treat there service customer. BIG FAT 0 STARS IF I HAD THE OPTION!!

Kevin and Terry in service were awesome to work with. Very great communication, 110% follow through, and addressed all my warranty and non warranty issues above and beyond my satisfaction. I do have very high expectations after working for John Deere Company directly with dealers for 10+ years. I am very impressed, and would highly recommend them!
