I made an appointment for the same day and got into the shop right away. After a thorough inspection, everything was professionally explained to me and I was told I was good to go...no issues...no cost! Rick , the manager, was friendly and informative. Great experience. I'll be back and would recommend to anyone.

Took my car in for issues, they figured out the problem in 20 minutes and gave me an estimate. Had repairs done the same day (calipers, rotors, brakes, etc). They finished an hour early and it was $100 less than the estimate.

I can't thank these guys enough for squeezing me in very last minute to reattach something underneath my car. I spoke with Brice while I was there and he was so friendly and kind. It was a quick fix and I was in and out in 10 minutes. You guys made my day and I appreciate it more than you know. Thank you again!

Rick was knowledgeable and professional. The price was excellent. Another place told me I needed brakes immediately. After looking at my brakes Rick determined I only needed brake pads, although they could go a little longer.

As it is evident with alot of repair shops, I went on with no problems and came out they estimated $5,000 width of problems keeping my car for hours noises and severe damages that were never there before and wouldn't been there if Caleb the manager was not there. These should will instantly take advantage of women. He then immediately in a nervous manner asked me to sign for a credit card, although I have no credit, he goes on to day and yeah I saw the lease paper agreement in your car. Dangerous game.

Was able to get me in and out quickly after doing an alignment. Told the service righter that the bolts were loose on my A-arms and failed to relay the message fully is my only gripe.

Will not be returning. Every 10k miles I get an Oil Change and Tire Roation. They told me I have to go to Discount Tires, down the street, to get my tires serviced. This makes absolutely no sense for what I would consider typical car maintenance. The company that owns Brakes Plus also owns Discount Tires.
