There are great with my dog took good care of her and you did a great job on her grooming and she's not a dog that is good without me being there but I went shopping while I waited for them to call me when she got done and they didn't have any problems with her behavior surprisingly they were great with my dog I trust them

I love this place!! They have a wide variety of dog treats to choose from and they aren't overly priced. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

We had our Australian Shepard in for the full groom. This was our first time here , I am so impressed great customer service,very friendly staff ! Our dog Toby looks amazing Alyssa did such a great job with him . Thank you so much Alyssa.

Their staff is always super pleasant, and accommodating. I screwed up appointment dates and they worked magic to help me out. My dog always looks adorable after their caring team grooms him. Highly recommend!

Awesome place, you can bring your doggo in with you and have them help you pick out what treats and toys they want. Super friendly staff and I found out that some of their dog treats are actually delicious for human consumption too ??♂️. Seriously though.

This was Charlie’s first ever groom session in general. The groomers were very polite and personable to my dog. They were excellent on their communication and check marked everything I asked for!

I was very impressed with all of the workers. They where helpful when I asked about which bone would be best for my dog. My dog usually becomes very anxious in stores, so I was very pleased with this experience. I found everyone to be friendly.

I've been getting treats for my dog here since I moved to Iowa almost 3 years ago, and have been getting him groomed here for almost as long. I love the staff! Love the texting feature for booking appointments! The treats are great! I love all the variety and seasonal changes! This is the only place I recommend for a good, thorough groom!

Had a very bad experience. Would not recommend to anyone with vocal puppies as there seems to be a lot of inexperience, or maybe they just didnt like us, who knows. The owner, Anna, attempted to blame us for having a bad experience and posting a review about it. Very embarrassing way to respond to a client. Luckily I have the voicemail saved and can show it to anyone who asks about our experience. Also made a Facebook post review that mysteriously got "deleted by admin". Very unfortunate that instead of attempting to repair a terrible first impression, Anna chose to take the route of blaming the customer first. I will provide a picture of my deleted review below, thank goodness Yelp doesn't allow owners to delete anything!! Be cautious! :)

Great selection of toys and specialty items for my canines. Usually get bakery items for dog's birthdays and never leave disappointed. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Just went in here for the first time in over a year. We lost our dog last year and used to get him treats from here all the time. I'm assuming they are under new ownership or something because the lack of customer service when there were 4 associates just standing around and we were the only people in the store is appalling. I definitely won't be returning. There are other pet places in ankeny that are much more service oriented.
