Nice atmosphere to grab a sweet treat and either eat there or take to go. The partnership with Rock Mountain Chocolate Factory is an excellent addition. Totally must go if your sweet tooth is on the attack.

Wife and son went on ice cream run.. asked if I wanted anything..I thought I would try a chocolate milkshake..well they brought it home..not the best but ok..seemed more like a glass of chocolate milk with a dollop of ice cream tossed in..not very thick at all..and for twice the price of steak and shake shake and their's is twice as good for less than half the price..

A few things. To start with the good, staff was nice! Service was quick! Place was clean. The bad part was that my friend and I got the same size, except hers was overflowing in the cup (a really good problem) whereas mine was level with the height of the cup, if even. Not a huge but I would like to get my moneys worth! The biggest issue, as shown in the photo, was that there was a curly-ish white medium length hair. In. My. First. Scoop. Yuck! I know that this kinda stuff happens, but there wasn’t a worker with that length/color of hair so I just wanna know where it came from ?. Would visit again, just hope I don’t get a mystery piece of hair in my ice cream.

Friendly staff, clean, all flavors and mix-ins readily available. Not much more one could ask for when you want some dessert after a good meal. They have plenty of waffle cone selections and even had the special Barbie cup and flavor available for those wanting to go all pink. Will definitely return the next time we are in town and want ice cream.

Coldstone is perfect for having a good time with friends. The staff was very friendly. We went in the afternoon and it wasn't very busy. They have great ice cream and chocolate treats. I highly recommend!

Had a craving for ice cream, stopped by and bought a couple of pints. The ice cream is excellent and it's fun to watch them mix your order on the cold stone in front of you. The staff is great.

When it comes to doordash orders, you guys are completely incompetent. And in person, most workers are nice, but the ice cream is subpar for what it's supposed to be.

I went to Cold Stone for the first time and I ordered an Oreo ice cream with Oreos crushed on the top with a large bowl and I couldn’t finish my ice cream because it tasted like pure whip cream/cool whip it was super thick and hard to eat I was really disappointed with how it turned out and to top it all off I had orange stuff in my ice cream not sure what it was but after I left my stomach started to hurt very badly and it made my stomach very upset I hate to say this but I’m probably not going to be coming back

Oh my goodness, I don't even know where to begin! I have been getting cold stone my entire life, with it being a treat every time because I live an hour away from the closest one. When I walked into this cold stone, my husband and I were greeted by Caleb with the happiest hello! We were then given the most hospitality I have ever received at any business I have been to! He offered to let us try flavors and never made us feel like we were asking too much. He then made our order with the happiest pep in his step.The entire experience was perfect thanks to Caleb. This is now my preferred Cold Stone location!
