Couldn't ask for better staff! Needed a photo printed for a kids 4-H projects at the fair and needed it tonight! Tucker totally took care of us! Called the photo guy to help us, he immediately was able to print our picture and Tucker checked us out. This customer service is totally worth the drive across town! Give Tucker a slap on the back for being an outstanding person! The world needs more people like these two gentlemen.

The employees are helpful and nice enough and I've never had an issue when going in person when I used to live nearby. They have also been helpful when my card number was stolen but these things are pretty standard anywhere you chose to bank with. The problem is this bank has not evolved with the times and you basically need to be in person to get anything done. Their mobile app is inconsistent and down half the time I need to use it. Also you can not close accounts online even though I live an hour away and can not come during the week.

My card gets shut off daily. I have to call to turn it back on instead of calling me to verify transactions they turn it off, it’s ridiculous, I will not recommend banking with them.
