“I've been coming to this Quick Trip for years and, as is part of my routine, buying my lottery tickets at this location. I buy 2 quick picks per drawing and 2 Manual Entry tickets per drawing using numbers my son picked out when he was 3 years old. The staff here are always willing to punch the numbers in on the terminal whereas other lotto retailers complain and tell me I have to use a slip to pick my own numbers. This is inconvenient for me because of my poor vision. But I was amazed when Brent N. didn't need to ask my numbers one day because he had written them down, taken them home, and memorized them so he'd be ready the next time I came in to buy tickets! That is EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and explains how they just won the Exceptional Customer Service award. Thank you Brent N and congratulations to you and your fellow employees!”

“Fast, have lots of options, always a warm pre made meal. Pizza,burgers,chicken sandwiches,chicken tenders, and so much more. There are lots of options for groceries, too. Eggs,milk,butter, bread, and so much more. Gas station and a car wash. Need dinner no problem there are plenty family sized take and bake meals. You can even call ahead of time and have them make pizza for you. Great gas station and pit stop for a road trip.”

“Bryan and Seth were so unbelievably helpful at the photo counter. After losing a loved one and needing to print photos in a pinch, they were very attentive and compassionate. My photos were printed perfectly within less than half an hour (I had about 50 photos and some of them were larger.) I was very impressed with the customer service.”

“Casey's at 36th and Irvinedale Dr. is pretty much our go to convenience store. On this occasion, we ordered a medium Taco Pizza online, and were told it would be done in 20 min. (note... On busy weekends during FB season, we've waited 45 min, so plan accordingly.) I got there a few minutes early and the lady said my pizza would be out of the oven in a cpl minutes. While I was waiting, I took note of the coffee station, as I often stop at this very same place for morning coffee. The place was SPOTLESS as usual (pics). Now for the pizza. We're usually deep dish pizza people, but for Taco Pizza, Casey's nails it with a thinner doughy crust. We love it. Hope too that management reads this and takes note that a customer appreciated the cleanliness of the store!”

“Never thought I'd run into the day where I'd have to leave a review on yelp for such an amazing place like this one, but the day has came. Today is that day, I was out the door thinking "today would be a great day for a Casey's breakfast burrito." As I go about my morning daily tasks all I could think about was holding the warm, tin foiled wrapped, breakfast burrito in my bare hands and unwrapping it to a full breakfast filled wrapped tortilla! On my way to work I walk towards the shop with the aroma of gas and cigarettes filling into my nostrils. I open the door and greet the young man behind the cash register with a large smile on my face to only be notified by an empty warmer basket. That's right no breakfast burritos. I was filled with emotion of disappointment, I couldn't even make eye contact with that young man again. This traumatizing moment for me really ruined my experience and now I have a lot of distrust with gas stations. Please Casey's the only way I'll ever be able to recover is if I get a lifetime supply of breakfast burritos. Thank you”

I left that location and came here needing to take advantage of the opportunity, being a truck driver it’s not easy to get things like this done. “I am in love with this CVS! Especially the pharmacist at this location. I refill on the Cvs app or by phone. Well the app messed up. The pharmacist all took their time and walked me through what was wrong, they helped me get in touch with the Dr. all the way in California and transfer every to Iowa. They are extremely helpful and patient with me and my elderly mother. One of the pharmacist wears a continuous glucose monitor. She explained hers to my mother who is diabetic, and helped her see it is not scary to use or put on. It was the sweetest interaction. All the pharmacist/staff are amazing at this CVS. The drive through window was broken and the line inside was a little long one day, But all the staff inside still had smiles and patience with everything person. They all seemed to really care about the people they help. Every time I come in they remember who I am and that I moved to Iowa from California, also they ask how my mom is doing. I am beyond happy with everyone there.”

Made myself a cup of fresh ground coffee and was out the door in a flash after checking out with an enthusiastic young lady behind the counter. “Super convenient location at the intersection of 18th and Ankeny boulevard. The store and grounds are well kept and the staff is friendly! They do have a few RedBox's out front which is super convenient. This is one of the few stations that offers E85 fuel which is nice if your vehicle uses the Flex Fuel! Prices are competitive with other area gas stations.”
