I didn't know what I needed but could explain it, he took me into the warehouse to show me what he thought I was thinking of and was correct! the older gentlemen at the counter was filling the water up and making popcorn, he also made me a cup of coffee! if I did electrical I would love going in there every day and talking to them! the best part was talking to a man named todd who knew my dad when I was a electrician! he had some cool stories and sold me on a alexa sound smart alarm! that man knows his stuff! #imcomingback”

“I had originally went to an authorized reseller location. That location created so many problems on my Verizon account that it was hard to even know where to begin to get it straightened out. This location on Delaware was so unbelievably patient, worked tirelessly to get my account straightened out, and were equally as frustrated with my experience. Everyone from the store manager down showed so much results in getting my account situated, and I am so grateful for them finally getting all the pieces put back together! It may have taken multiple visits, but each visit they got me a little bit closer to where we needed to go! Thank you again for fixing someone else’s mistake!”
