Darrin turned my inquiries about my claim options into actual claims, and now AmFam thinks I've pursued too many claims and won't renew.A Derecho, Hail, and sewer backup in the last 5 years were actual claims. He submitted claims when I asked about coverage for a broken car window, and when a plumber flooded our house. AmFam didn't pay anything on those, but because it was reported to them by Darrin, they think I submitted them.20+yr loyal client with AmFam tarnished by this.

I've had my home, car, and life insurance policies with Darrin for 15 years. I recently went in to review my policies and was reminded how easy Darrin is to work with. He makes insurance easy to understand and provides suggestions based on my situation.In addition, a few years back, I was in a car accident. American Family Insurance was hands down the best insurance company I've ever worked with. They actually worked for me rather than against me. My rental car time was almost up, and the insurance company pushed the repair shop to get my car fixed in time so I wouldn't be without a car.After this experience, I highly recommend AmFam to all my friends and family. I highly recommend Darrin to work with if you have questions on your insurance needs.

Darrin and his team have been awesome to work with! He has been our families insurance agent for as long as I can remember. He has been so helpful and willing to answer any questions. I was able to call and get my car insurance transferred to my new vehicle over the phone, and it was a simple, quick, and easy process. You all need an agent like Darrin.Yesterday, when I was stranded on the side on the interstate, My first call was to Darrin.He promptly asked all the right questions, and then said, "Let me make some phone calls for you. You don't want to be stranded there for hours" and even offered to give me and my toddlers a ride.He took care of literally EVERY detail--Made all the phone calls, and had an auto shop there to put my spare on in such a short amount of time. It was SO appreciated, especially since we were on Rider's a corner with semis buzzing by at 65+ Mph.Darrin is a genuinely caring and kind agent-you would not be disappointed to work with him!
