My wife and I were looking at a couple cars they had in stock, due to both of our jobs we could not come in until Saturday. My wife confirmed on Friday that the cars were in stock which they were not but they had something close so we still decided to go. We arrived on Saturday morning at 9 am at that point we were told the second car had sold 10 minutes prior, the manager then came over and tried getting us to test drive cars WAY above budget and the second my wife walked away tried getting me to make a deal with him behind her back. We walked out at that point to which they called us FIVE times trying to cut us a deal. Absolutely horrible customer service and horrible business practices.

TL;DR:Overall, we'd definitely recommend this dealership! Justin was great to work with throughout the entire process, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Do your research and know what your trade-in is worth and be ready to haggle on the trade-in value (the Sales Manager told us they're a "no-haggle" dealership, so don't expect them to budge on the sticker price) and you'll probably end up with a "Tonight Only" final offer from them. It worked for us and, so far, we love our new Durango!Pros:The price and condition of the vehicle we bought was great! Our salesman, Justin Carter, was great to work with! I emailed the dealership that morning and set up a time to come look at the vehicle, it was all ready for us by the time we arrived for the appointment! We had to haggle on our trade-in value a bit as they initially offered well below KBB but finally came to what we felt was a good deal!Cons:My only disappointment was that I felt the Sales Manager wasn't completely honest with us. She said that the vehicle we were looking at was just able to be shown as of that day because they just received the title for the vehicle the day prior; though we found the listing the week prior and CarGurus said the vehicle had been at that dealership for 30 days, and I also overheard her tell a couple at the next table over the exact same thing for a different vehicle. I understand CarGurus could be wrong and that it may have coincidentally been the same case for both vehicles, but it felt like a rehearsed sales pitch to me.

Took my Jeep in to be serviced under the extended warranty. They called back and said it will be $2350, I said after the warranty? Oh, no they won't cover it. So I called the warranty company guess what, they do cover it but won't now because your person didn't tell them the whole deal. Train you people correctly so consumers aren't being screwed. I am done buying vehicles from you, we get screwed everytime.

Bought a new Ram cummins 4x4 here 5 months ago. It wont start. Ive made 5+ ph calls this week and no one will schedule a repair on my truck let alone answer the phone at the service desk. Nor will they tell me if they will pay for the tow to bring it to their dealership. Hate having to take to social media to get them to do anything but thats the world we live in. If you ever wondered what buying a new car at walmart on a bad day was like buy one from them. Zero customer service

Wasted my time and gas. Car was in the shop, waited for it to get done. Then wasn't able to test drive.I left work early from by the airport, and then was late getting my daughter in Waukee.Lack of communication on salesmans part. Cristian.

Called the service department today and had a miserable experience. The person answering the phone was more focused on 'pulling my information up' in the system than listening to my concern. I told her my information will not pull up because I've never been a customer. After a 5 minute call, most of it being on hold, I hung up. Dodge has a factory recall for a part on my car but we couldn't ever get to that part of the conversation. I really dislike dealerships. This was 1 of 2 dealerships I contacted today with horrible customer service skills.

Grant was the best! He was very friendly and helpful. My Jeep was in for service for 2 1/2 weeks and Grant made sure I had a rental even though there weren't any available. Dewey took care of the rental as well. The service techs changed in the midst of my service so it seemed like maybe communication was forgotten. I didn't hear from anyone for a week and then I had to make the call for an update. Again Grant stepped in and smoothed that over. I give Grant a 5 * rating for his customer service.

I took my 2021 Cherokee jeep to the service center there for my seat harness to be replaced, uconnect and oil change with tire rotation and a car wash is the package. This second time I took my car in and was given a excuse about why my car couldn't be washed. Plus service people are very rude I initially had to get a manager for a loaner car when I asked for one at the time I scheduled my appointment . Mind you they had my car for 5 days. To conclude they didn't deserve my business. This dealership pass the buck on their customer service center and never once apologized. They deserve a 0. The salesperson was great a year ago.

I was told my Jeep Wave oil change and tire rotation would take 1.5 hours, which sounded reasonable as I arrived just after they opened at 7am. They kept taking other customers ahead of me. Well over 4 hours later and Tom, my service guy came to let me know my Jeep was ready. He apologized for taking so long and said it had nothing to do with my address, I'm from Texas. He totally gave away that it had everything to do with me being from Texas. Poor way to treat someone visiting your state for the first time! Bless your hearts!

I looked at their website and was interested in a Jeep they had listed. I received a call from a salesman to set up an appointment to drive in an hour. When I arrived he said it was already sold the day before. He then said he had another one which I said ok to see. He come back with I believe a manager and say it is in the shop and I can only look at it. I said I would like to test drive it but was told I couldn't. She said I would have to let her know if I want it before they take it out of the shop to put the tires back on. I would most likely have bought the original Jeep I wanted to see. The service at this location is very bad. I would think being a salesman that works there would know what and where the vehicles you are trying to sell are. Very disappointing and tried to rather sell me something I didn't want at a much higher price. I don't know if they honestly were this incompetent or were just trying to sell something else.

Received notice in the mail that my vehicle may need a recall addressed. When I called to schedule an appointment, they told me it had to be 2 months out due to the availability of the necessary part. Even called the week prior to my appointment to confirm the appointment and get clarification on how long I would be without a vehicle. The customer service representative told me it would take half a day to determine IF my vehicle needed the recall replaced and up to another day and a half to get it replaced if it did.Arrived today for my appointment and the service technician said they didn’t have the part and they couldn’t reschedule until after the first of the year. Beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience.

I’ve used their Express Lane twice now and appreciate that no appointment is needed. I have gone during a weekday lunch break and a Saturday morning, both times I waited and it took less than an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation. Their waiting lounge is really nice and I am able to use my laptop and continue working with their wifi.
