Kelly and Vince are amazing!! Whenever either of them do my nails they look fantastic and are the perfect shape. Kelly is specifically really good at the polish and designs. Vince is super good with perfecting the shape. The only reason they do not get a full 5 stars is because some of their other staff aren’t the greatest. I recommend booking an appointment with either Vince or Kelly. I have only had a couple of issues out of the 5 years I have gone to this place. Those issues were due to some of the other staff rushing and leaving my nails poorly shaped. I had one issue with the polish chipping. I went ahead and gave them a call asking if they could fix it free of charge, because it happened the same day I got them done. Kelly had no problem fixing my nails and taking her time to make them look perfect! For free! Kelly and Vince have amazing customer service, some of the other staff is questionable. Overall they are great and affordable!

I called this afternoon and Emma’s Nails got me in right away for a full set of acrylic nails. I have not had my nails done in 6 years since I quit working. This is for a special occasion. Mai did my nails and she was very sweet and patient with me! I really appreciated her help! Thank you!

I’ve been going to Kelly for almost 3 years for my eyebrows. Kelly is extremely professional and does a great job. She always makes sure I am comfortable and happy with the results. The first time I went to her I was extremely nervous of them being too thick or not being the right shape.. She made sure I liked how my eyebrows looked and often stopped to make sure I was happy with them. I now trust her completely and just let her do her thing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I called and got a same day appointment which was amazing. This salon is very clean and professional. I left the salon very satisfied and happy with the way my nails looked. i will definitely be going back.

If you are looking for a fast pedicure, then this is the place! But if you want an actual pedicure that does something besides soak and rub your feet for a minute and slap some nail polish on badly, then this is not the place. Sooooo disappointed. My friend and I got pedis at the same time and they both were bad. Find somewhere else.

The photos don’t quite show everything , but I paid $70 for French tip nails that started chipping badly within 24 hours! Unfortunately, I left for an extended vacation the same day I got them done so I couldn’t go back, and I did not do anything that should cause such quick wear. It’s sad that I have to leave a bad rating because the nail tech was so kind and the nails really did look beautiful to begin with, but it’s just not right to pay that much for nails that don’t last well.

I typically don’t write reviews but probably one of the lousiest pedicures I have ever received and being 9 months pregnant it just made the experience 10 times worse. Whether you close in 30 minutes or not you should always treat your customers with the best experience. Definitely disappointed.

Went here because my sister in law bought me a gift card. I loved Elle! She nailed my inspiration and almond shape I was looking for. I received so many compliments and will definitely be returning!

I had an appointment today at 12pm. I sat waiting after checking in for almost 15 minutes..even though I made an appointment weeks ago. I first had a pedicure with a specific person, as she was good last night I went here. It was SO rushed. She didn’t even ask what pedicure I wanted. She just went ahead with the $45 one to get more money out of me. And the cuticle bed is covered in nail polish and each nail is uneven because of poor filing. I then got a full set of acrylics with chrome on top. All the nail shapes are different. I asked for almond and they look more like circles or blabs of acrylic. The chrome and off white color of polish is covering my cuticle bed. I paid $116 for this.

Emma’s Nails is a very clean salon that does a great job on your nails! I have tried many different places in Ankeny and this one beats all the others on cleanliness! Price is reasonable and service was great! Give Emma’s a try, you won’t be disappointed!
