Went and seen an advertisement for $10 first wash month. Well I just moved out here so I need a closer car wash. They didn't have an attendant around, so I just paid full price , and sent them an email hoping to get a $10 credit or something. They don't care about proper business. Canceled my membership. Plus my car is small and still doesn't get fully clean. I'll just all the way to mister car wash.

Went for the first time, and it chipped the paint off the hood of my car. For reference, I have a 2019 Mazda that I’ve kept close to pristine, and am PO’d this happened!! The onsite maintenance tech was nice, but nothing he could do. I submitted an inquiry on their website and was told you use the car wash at your sole risk, and they don’t take responsibility for damage to you or your vehicle. Be warned!! They should not be in business, given the number of reviews that have had damage.

Love the Laser wash. Regular washes have large string of fabric with soap rubbing the dirt and grime out of your vehicle but, what ever dirt may get embedded in the fabric just may drag across your car next.
I have scratches on several vehicles to prove it

Makes my jeep look its greatest! Love the sealers! That said, I hope, after reading one-star reviews, that contact issues improve because if I ever have issues, I want quick, satisfactory resolutions.

Paid a lot to have my van still pretty dirty. Also had to wait for 25 minutes on a Friday at 1 pm which seemed crazy!

The car wash on the far right (East) doesn't work. There was a ton of soap still on my vehicle when I was done. I think the wash skipped the final power wash.
The other locations all work great, so I'm sure it's a temporary bug. When you guys respond, I'll delete this review. I didn't see a place in the app to give feedback for this.

The car wash took my Money and then got in the wash and it broke down. There is no way to call anyone that works there.

Purchased a 14 dollar wash for a dusty vehicle from harvesting. Wash left a 3-4” stripe along both sides of the entire truck. Appears out didn’t even rinse the area. Where it actually cleaned it did a good job.
