I love this place and all of the people in it! The instructors are motivating and awesome! The people in the classes are so supportive also. I love going every day and leaving feeling like I have accomplished something huge!

I absolutely love the family of incredibly motivating people that I have met at Farrell’s. It is a great workout that I enjoy going to every day because of the friends I have made and the wonderful instructors. I’ve lost a total of 20 lbs since starting my journey at Farrells.

Joining Farrell's in Ankeny has been very good for me. I wasn't keen on the whole group exercise class experience before joining, but can now say nothing but positive things about the Farrell's approach as executed at the Ankeny location. Everyone is friendly, instructors are excellent and the workouts are intense, fun and effective.

Welcoming, motivating, encouraging and funny instructors! I look forward to the classes, which consist of kickboxing and strength/resistance training. Variety of class times offered. Highly recommend!

I just Started the 10 week challenge and I'm enjoying the gym and the workouts. I have been to alot of other group style gyms in Ankeny that were so focused on reps and how fast( but not focused on form and getting the most out of each move) and constant ( omg your doing so great you did a push up) I love that at Farrells the instructors are taking the time to teach you the proper form (so you don't get injured). Also everyone is very incurging but not in the cheesey go you style. I would 100% recommend Farrells to anyone looking for a group led fitness class.

I came to Farrells a little over a year ago looking for a workout I’d enjoy, that would work with my schedule and keep me motivated to continue my journey. I stay here because I have found a FIT family that goes beyond a 45 minute workout each day.

I was a bit of a skeptic coming into Farrell's. My husband had joined earlier and loved it. I thought I would just join for the 10 week challenge to show him I could do it and then move on. I ended up loving the workouts and the results! The owners, instructors and fellow members make it a great place to work out. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Love Farrell’s! I lost plenty of inches and body fat on my first 10 week challenge and joined as a member. The coaches and instructors are amazing - they genuinely care about you as a person and help you along the way without judgement. My only regret is not finding this place sooner!

I was just over 50 when I started at Farrell’s just a little over a year ago. I thought I was too old and would have trouble fitting in. I have found that I truly love the workouts, especially the kickboxing! And there are so many friendly faces and people that are always wanting to help with your form and want you to succeed! It was a great decision and following the program I have lost the weight I wanted and I continue to lose fat and gain muscle! If you’re thinking about joining, don’t wait!

It’s my second family. I go at 4:15 in the morning and it’s a smaller group and they hold you accountable. I needed a jump start after having my second child and I have seen amazing results. I’m so close to hitting my goal in just 5 months. It’s a judgement free zone and anybody no matter age or body type can do it!!
