Recently got new tires, an alignment and a new battery. After the sticker shock for tires and a battery wore off I was quite pleased with the service and the rates for labor. Very happy with the results and will use them again. Professional and easy to deal with.

Scheduled an oil change online, received email confirmation of the request. Called in just to be sure the appointment was set, and good thing I did. She claimed she did not have a request. And she was quite rude. I will take my business elsewhere.

Eric here is awesome such a great attitude . This place has changed a lot and it is an amazing difference. The difference is night and day and the new manager shows their value as they really turned this place around.

When the brake light indicator came on in my car I was concerned. I didn't have anyone that could fix it for me, so I stopped in at Fast Tire. Eric jumped away from his work and immediately put in a new light bulb for me. Then, he told me it was "on the house." What GREAT customer service. They will be my go to place for my car repairs. Thank you Eric, it really helped me out and it is good to know that there is a place that is willing to help others.

I came in for an alignment but was told my inner tie rod was extremely loose and that needed to be repaired before the alignment and that the outter one should be replaced with it and was quoted $389 total for all repairs. Luckily I declined the service because there was nothing wrong with my tie rod and this was confirmed by 2 other mechanics. I called fast tire back as I was curious as to what the mechanic was seeing that was loose and this time they said it was the outter tie rod and the rack n pinion- which is also untrue. They could have easily not repaired and charged me for it and I wouldn't have even known. Stay away from this place at all costs

My car was making some noises in the rear and I thought it was the brakes. Sadly it was the shocks which also caused cupping on my tires. The front ones were due to be changed too, so the gang at Fast Tire called me, explained to me the situation and was very kind and helpful. Up front, honest, prices were fair, and they were speedy. Honestly, finding a good repair shop can be scary because you hear horror stories about some places, but Fast Tire is the place to go! Thanks for fixing up my car!Services: Tires

Cannot express how much I enjoyed and appreciated the service here. Got a new set of tires after an unfortunate screw and plenty of wear on my old ones. Seth and the crew took perfect care of me. Cannot recommend more! We were stranded with a flat tire in Ankeny. After getting a tow truck figured out, they brought it to Fast Tire. My car was ready to go in a few hours. Sean was helpful and called with updates.Service: Tires
