Don’t plan on going in to get your questions about your account answered. The young man at the teller line had no clue what he was doing. He avoided my question until someone came in who could try and help. This women also didn’t know how to help. A few unanswered calls and I was told to come back a different day. I called customer service from the website who took care of me. Very disappointed in lack of professionalism, communication and willingness to help at this location. I’ve banked here for 10+ years. The location in Ames is more than helpful.

Wonderful people. Even in a “national change shortage” they are still willing to help out a non-account holder get change. I was turned down at 4 other locations before this one had the true customer service to help me.

I believe it has been over 10 days since I was told I would be receiving my debit card.I need some cash and have NO way of getting it.I am very disappointed in the banks service and they are not helpful whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend First ,National Bank to my worst enemy!

Skye and Riley were the two tellers working and they helped me figure out how to deposit checks for a friend. Thanks for being kind and understanding as I don’t typically have to do this. Would recommend this bank to anyone who asks my opinion of them. Thanks again

We really like the bank and the people that assist us. The drive through opens at 8:30, not 7:30 as listed on Google.

Horrible customer service! Can never get a hold of the representative that was supposed to be assisting! Not customer friendly in any way! After trying to get simple answers for 3 weeks, gave up and went to have a truck financed somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here!

I just signed paperwork with FNB Ankeny to close on my loan to purchase a building for my business. Tom Friedman was amazing through the whole process. Having never purchased a commercial building before, he made the process smooth and we never missed a beat.
